What Territory Is Included In This Master Franchise?

This Region includes the following states:

Technically This Is A Regional SubFranchise, What Does That Mean?

There are many versions of Master Franchises in the franchising industry. Our focus is in creating a true partnership. We split the work, and we split the income, with our Regional SubFranchisors.

What’s My Investment?

This Regional SubFranchise is $125,000 before the first Links Golf Cafe opens. Once the first Links Golf Cafe opens, then this investment will double to $250,000. We split all Area Development Fees and Individual Franchise Fees fifty-fifty. And we split the System Rental Fees (what some companies call Royalties) fifty fifty as well. You are not required to open a Links Golf Cafe, but are encouraged to do so.

A great fit for buying a Regional Subfranchise is
an individual or organization with:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Financial resources to invest in the franchise business;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage franchisees (what we call Individual Franchise Owners); &
  • Marketing and sales experience to attract new Area Developers and Individual Franchise Owners) and grow the franchise system.

It is also important for the potential Regional SubFranchisor owner to have a strong understanding of the industry and the franchise model, as well as a commitment to following the Franchisor’s guidelines and procedures. We want a “Ready, Fire, Aim” mindset, not a “Fire, Fire, Fire” or “Ready, Aim, Aim, Aim, Aim, Fire” mindset.
