If you’re not cash flow positive within 12 months of opening your Links Golf Cafe, we will pay your System Rental Fees (what some franchises call Royalties) until you are.

That means we’re putting 100% of the revenue we will earn from you on the line. Allow us to explain. Recently we were discussing our experience opening one hundred and eight-seven coffee businesses. Over that period of time, the locations averaged a 52% Return On Capital, per year. Realizing at Links Golf Cafe we were taking that base and adding in memberships, golf, retail and more, we knew it should be even better. So we met with our Advisors To Our Board and brainstormed how can we guarantee results (and why don’t other franchises do it). After detailed discussions we realized that the best guarantee we could offer is that each Franchise Owner is cash flow positive within the first year. And since we’re very confident in our Membership Marketing Strategies to generate monthly recurring revenues, we decided to go “all in” on this. If you’re accepted as an Area Developer (committing to build at least four sites over time, starting with one), we will guarantee positive cash flow with your first 12 months, or we will pay your System Rental Fees for you until you are!! Other Franchisors call this Royalties. We don’t like that term and think System Rental Fee is a better way of describing it. Either way, it’s 7% of gross sales. And if you’re not cash flow positive within your first 12 months of opening, we’ll pay it for you.
